Marketing Materials Usage Terms

The materials on this page, including logos, product photography, videos, and marketing collateral (collectively, “Assets”), are the property of UHD Innovations and/or Meshtec International Co., Ltd. in the United States and other various worldwide jurisdictions (including registrations pending), and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Assets may be used only by authorized Titan dealers and partners, and only for purposes directly related to marketing and selling Titan products.

Access to these Assets is granted at UHD Innovations and/or Meshtec International Co., Ltd.’s sole discretion and may be revoked at any time, for any or no reason, without notice.

Permitted Use
Assets may be used for dealer websites, social media, print advertising, in-store displays, and other sales and marketing materials promoting Titan products.

Prohibited Use

• Altering logos, product images, or brand marks through photo compositing, cropping, or other editing without prior written approval
• Using Assets in a misleading or disparaging way, or in a manner inconsistent with brand guidelines
• Using Assets to promote products or brands other than Titan
• Redistributing Assets to any unauthorized third party
